Turnkey Projects

An Abencs turnkey project offers customers the advantage of one point of responsibility, coordination and simplification of the EPC processes. Since all front end project activities are "in house", the specification and approval process is streamlined. This efficiency saves time and money. Field construction activities run much smoother with fully integrated planning and scheduling.

Abencs manages each of the following steps with their staff of professionals:

• Air permit data, engineering design, and field documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of material
• Procurement of major equipment such as vessels, mixers, other process equipment and turbo-generators
• Construction, including site preparation, foundations, steel erection, piping and equipment installation using Abencs supervised subcontractors
• Check out and acceptance testing of major equipment
• Start up, commissioning, operator training,and all other steps necessary to transfer the overall project to the customer
• Delivery of documentation, project record books, final test reports, and project as-built drawings in electronic and/or hardcopy format
