Welcome to the Abencs Supplier and Subcontractor information page. Given the scope and complexity of the projects that Abencs performs, Abencs procures a wide variety of services and products to meet project requirements. If you are a supplier of material, or equipment or a construction subcontractor and believe that your product or services would offer a competitive benefit to Abencs you are invited to submit a vendor prequalification form to our Purchasing Department. This form provides for basic information on your company, products and services.

Submitting a vendor prequalification form does not guarantee that the Abencs Purchasing department will pursue the qualification process or that you will receive a bid opportunity from Abencs. We currently have qualified providers for most products and services. However, from time to time, Abencs will pursue new suppliers and/or subcontractors that provide services, materials, and/or equipment as noted below. If you provide these, we encourage you to fill out and submit the vendor prequalification form.
